missingWrote a review on 10 Declimited privacycooking facilityinconsistent shower
Privacy could use some work—net curtains only give a flimsy sense of cover near the kitchen and bathroom. The lack of a full cooking facility restricts meal prep to a microwave, which isn't ideal for extended stays. A bit more hot water for the shower would be nice. it's finicky at times, making morning routines more challenging.

Beautiful York getaway! 🏰🌳
Wow, this place was lekker! The bed was so comfy, I could’ve snoozed all day. Morgan was a great host, really friendly and helpful. The bathroom vibe was stylish, and that big shower? Bliss! Loved the old beams, gave it such character. Perfect touch!
Only downside was the shower acting a bit cold sometimes—could’ve used more hot water for my morning wake-up.

The Stables is a gem! The quaint pub just a minute away offers the best local vibe, and the accommodation is beautifully furnished and spotless. I absolutely loved the plush queen bed and those charming wooden ceiling beams—they added so much character!
Had a little gripe with the dim bedside lights making reading tricky and nowhere to hang clothes. The kitchen was stunning with loads of appliances we didn't get to use. a hob would have really helped, and a couple of outside chairs would've been a nice touch.

the stables looked lovely, but my shower was colder than my ex’s heart, and the net curtains made me feel like I was in a fish tank, How am I supposed to relax? I frankly expected a complimentary bottle of wine for my troubles, but alas, I just couldn't get that red-carpet treatment! such a letdown.

loved our stay at the stables! the apartment was so beautiful and cozy, spotlessly clean with a super comfy bed. breakfast was amazin' too, with bread and jams that made my day. the character of the stable was really cool, and the pub nearby was a nice touch for a drink. morgan was a great host, always ready to help us out.
however, the shower was a bit cold sometimes, and we felt kinda exposed with the french doors only having a net curtain.

I absolutely loved our stay! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Super clean. The bed was so comfy that I had the best sleep. I really enjoyed the breakfast treats left for us and found Morgan to be a welcoming host. Just a tiny thing—the shower was a bit cold sometimes, but it didn't ruin the great vibe of the place!

It was just a prime choice for a short visit in York with all in all brilliant value for money. The kitchen was beautiful with lots of appliances, even if we didn’t use them. Make sure to bring something to sit on outside for a bit of fresh air.

Absolutely loved our stay! The room was super clean and had this cool velux window that made it feel so bright. That comfy sofa was perfect for chilling out after a long day. Just a heads-up, a few more hooks for clothes would’ve been nice, but overall, we had a blast. 🌟

The place was stunning, comfy furniture, and so peaceful! Oh, and I adored the charming little pub nearby, perfect for a tipple after a long day. Certainly felt like a secret hideaway!
Those French doors had me feeling like a fish in a glass bowl—thanks for the ambience! let's just say it wasn't exactly a five-star dog spa.

Charming stay with a few tweaks needed
I absolutely loved the space. it was beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped with high-end appliances, and the comfy queen bed ensured a great night's sleep. There's a lovely village pub just a minute away, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I felt a bit exposed due to the net curtains on the French doors, so a little more privacy would have made it perfect.
